At From Khet, we understand how important timely delivery is to you. We are committed to delivering your orders of natural and healthy products in perfect condition and within the promised timeframe. This policy outlines our shipping and delivery terms, procedures, and our commitment to excellent customer service.
1. Order Confirmation & Processing Time
Upon successful order placement, you will receive an order confirmation email at your
registered email address. Your order processing timeline is as follows:
• If all items in your order are in stock, your order will be packed and dispatched from
our warehouse within 3 working days of order placement.
• If any items are not in stock, we will arrange to have them produced and will dispatch
your complete order within 10 working days of order placement.
• In cases of partial stock unavailability, we will keep you informed via email about the
status of your order.
Note: Working days exclude weekends (Sundays) and public holidays.
2. Shipping Charges
• Free shipping is available only as part of specific promotional campaigns or special
offers. These will be clearly mentioned on our website when applicable.
• Standard shipping charges will be calculated based on your location and the weight
of your order and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
• You have the option to review and modify your order before completing the payment.
3. Delivery Timelines
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, delivery timelines are as follows:
• Standard delivery: 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch
• Our courier partners can deliver between Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Delivery timing may vary based on your location, local infrastructure, and logistical
factors.
4. Serviceable Locations
We currently ship across major cities and towns throughout India. However, some remote or rural locations may have limited delivery coverage. At checkout, you can verify if your location is serviceable by entering your pin code. If your area is not serviceable, you will benotified before completing your purchase.
5. Required Delivery Information
To ensure smooth delivery of your order, please provide the following information accurately:
• Complete postal address (including street, building number, and locality)
• 6-digit PIN code
• Valid email address
• Contact phone number (mobile or landline)
Please double-check all details before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible form delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking email containing:

• Name of the courier partner handling your shipment
• Direct link to track your shipment in real-time
• Estimated delivery date
7. Delivery Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
While we strive to deliver your orders on time, delivery timelines can occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control. These may include:
• Unexpected weather conditions (heavy rain, storms, extreme heat)
• Strikes or labor-related disruptions
• Unforeseen transportation delays from courier partners or transporters

• Natural calamities or emergencies

understanding during such situations.
8. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
Our courier partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your package. If delivery fails due to reasons such as address unavailability, customer absence, or refusal, the package will be held by the courier for a specific period (usually 3-7 days). You can arrange redelivery by contacting the courier directly using your tracking number.
If your package is not collected within the holding period, it will be returned to our
warehouse. In such cases, a reshipment fee may apply for resending your order.
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package immediately. If you notice any of the following, please contact us without delay:
• Package is damaged, torn, or shows signs of tampering
• Product quantity is less than ordered
• Package arrives empty or contains wrong items
Please keep the original packaging and products intact and photograph the damage for our records. We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund as applicable within 7 working days of receiving your complaint.
10. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
We are not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unserviceable address information provided during order placement. Customers who provide incorrect addresses may need to arrange reshipment at their own cost. Always verify your address carefully before completing your purchase.
