FromKhet Buffalo Ghee is made from the milk of desi buffaloes, raised on open pasture, fed on natural grass and fodder — never on processed feed, never with growth hormones. The milk is richer in fat than cow milk, which gives this ghee its characteristic depth of flavour: bold, creamy, and unmistakably desi.

We make it the same way — small batches, traditional process, slow heat, no adulterants. What you get is the real thing. The ghee that generations of farmers kept in clay pots and used for everything from cooking to cold remedies.
